Dish Menu
- Boiled crayfish
-
A national Swedish delicacy, our crayfish are air-flown directly from Sweden,
then boiled under Irish stout and Thai chile until tender. Comes garnished with dill and lemon wedges.
Served cold with dill cream and fish roe sauce.
- Pork knuckle
-
Our pork shank is boiled with peppercorns, bay leaves, and the very vegetables that make up the mash.
Grilled until crispy, it is served with French mustard.
- Stuffed cabbage rolls
-
Stuffed with ground pork and various spices, Swedish cabbage rolls are cooked in the oven until darkened, giving the
cabbage a deliciously smoky flavour that a salad could hardly compare to. Served with sweet brown sauce, lingonberry jam
and a hearty mash, the meal is just as filling as a steak dish.
- Classic Swedish meatballs
-
A signature dish, our Swedish meatballs are light and delicate dish. Using a mixture of pork, veal and beef,
the meatballs are seasoned generously with allspice and pepper, topped with a creamy brown gravy.
The dish is garnished with mash, cucumbers and lingonberries. A must try!
- Fried herring
- Another popular Swedish classic, we use only the freshest herrings for this dish. Layered with parsley before being deep-fried with a beer-infused batter for extra crispiness, the herring is, drizzled with a marinade of sugar, vinegar and red-onion for the perfect blend of sweetness and savoury.
- Beef stew
- Kalops is a less well-known Swedish dish, but borrows influences from British cuisine. Caramelized onions, carrots, parsely root and shallots make up the vegetable portion of the stew. Red wine and juniper berries provide a appetizing sour tang to the stew.
